Are You On tsu? Join Our Group On tsu!

First, if you are NOT on tsu and you are reading this on a computer, you can join by following the link in the upper right. When you follow my link that connects you to me (@ACrowdFunder) and tsu refers to you as my child. Welcome, my child! 😉

If you are already registered on tsu and you want to get more likes, views and followers, Mateo Garcia (@beNICEmedia) and I and several others have created a group and that group is becoming a team that helps the members get more likes, views and followers on tsu. Right now we are accepting members who speak English in the USA and Canada. If you are from a different country and want to be part of a future expansion of the team, you are also welcome to contact me now and I’ll let you know when the time is right for that expansion.

This is a good time for me to write about the requirement for English speakers only. This has to do with just one thing. Speed. Speed of communication is the biggest factor. Soon our group will be 50, then 100 and then 500 members or more. I know some Spanish, but not enough to run an organization. I send out emails 5 or 6 days a week to the team and those emails are in English. If you have a viable solution that doesn’t add to the time it takes for us to do things, I’m willing to hear it. Just know that at least until the end of March, I’m going to be very, very busy. So that conversation could take time as I would have to fit it in to everything else I’m doing.

If you are on tsu and you have an outside business that you believe can be helped by tsu, you are a great candidate for our group. If you would just like to come play with us and get more likes, views and followers on tsu and help others do the same, that’s great!

Right now I have 5000 friends on tsu, so you would need to be a follower. Those are tsu’s rules. Not mine.

Want more success? Ready to learn how to better use social media to get there? Join my team.

I’m @ACrowdFunder!

Why Aren’t You On Tsu?

Before I begin I just want to say to my tsufamily, “Take today’s post off because it’s for people who are NOT on tsu yet! Take a walk. It’s good for you!”

Let’s get to it.

Do you want:

To leverage social media to help your business, project or enterprise?

Have fun in a more positive atmosphere?

Post stuff that actually gets liked and even commented upon and SHARED!

Have a Facebook-like experience that’s more like in the beginning when it wasn’t cluttered by so much stuff?

Use hashtags like on Twitter, but have them lead to a page that’s full of beautiful images instead of overwhelmed by text?

These are all good reasons to join tsu.

Here’s a great one:

When you post on tsu, YOU OWN what you post. Check the other sites and read the small print. When you post on Facebook or Twitter, that website owns your content. (Even after you die, which could be weird for your friends and family later on.)

Here’s another great reason:

tsu shares revenues with you, the user.

I doubt that anyone will get rich on tsu, even if they use it 18 hours a day.

But, a lot of people will get $100 or $200 in a year or two. Some will even get $500 or $1000 because they have invited so many active people onto tsu.

You can join me on tsu now!

Click the link in the upper right that says Join Me On tsu!

I expect my first $100 check will come between August and November. Like I said, it’s not a lot, but it’s not ZERO, either. (I will keep you posted on my check, too. Right now my tsu account has $21.70 in it.)

How much does Facebook pay you to use it? Twitter? Instagram? Pinterest? Vine? Do I need to go on?

I am sharing the financial information in order to be thorough, but the OTHER reasons listed above are why you want to join tsu. Look at the check you earn a year from now or more as a nice little bonus.

Also, if you REALLY, REALLY don’t care about the money you can give it away to charity. I know that Charity Water is one of the nonprofits that tsu supports, so if you accumulate $2.00 and you simply want to donate it, tsu is also a payment platform. Just click buttons to send the $2.00 that tsu paid you to Charity Water or whichever other nonprofit tsu supports. (I’m even looking into whether I can have a local nonprofit in the mix, so to speak. That way I can get members to join and they can donate their earnings if they choose.)

What is the best reason to join tsu?

In MY opinion, if you want to have a more enjoyable experience online and you’re ok if tsu sends you a check in a year or or so and you like to interact with people online, then you should definitely join!

tsu requires you to follow someone’s invitation to join, so…

Click the link in the upper right that says Join Me On tsu!

Enjoy the internet again!

Mateo Garcia Shares His Experience On tsu So Far.

Mateo Garcia is my child on tsu. When you invite someone to tsu and they enroll using your code, tsu refers to them as your child. Just to be clear, Mateo and I are not related (that I know of).

We originally met because of Twitter and then connected on Facebook and he told me he would join tsu and give it a try. When he enrolled a few days later I realized that he is a man of his word.

Ask yourself how many people you know that actually do what they say they are going to do. I was immediately impressed with him and then he started telling me about tools that I can use to make my online experience more profitable.

Today’s post is not about those tools. Today’s post is about what has been happening for Mateo since I invited him to tsu and he accepted the invitation.

Here’s Mateo:

I have been on tsu for just over 30 days and it’s been a great experience. I have been able to make new connections and friends along with having some personal reward and satisfaction of more people seeing and actually caring about my posts.

On Facebook and Twitter you can sometimes just get lost in the shuffle, and with so many changes on who and when people see your posts it’s hard to stay in front of as many people on these platforms.

Tsu has personally helped me earn at least $300 in additional income from a crowdfunding campaign I have been hired to help promote.

Along with this income, I have received 3 direct leads that I have been in communication with for new business. I sometimes receive inquiries like these from my activities on Facebook and Twitter, but few and far between.

Additionally I have earned a little over $7.00 of royalty income from tsu for basically posting the same content, pictures and quotes I normally post on Facebook and Twitter. I am slowly increasing my networking time on tsu as opposed to other platforms along with inviting people with my code.

I am still on Facebook and Twitter, but hopefully more people will jump on the #tsunami.

Mateo has been working with tsu and so have I. That is the key to making tsu work for you. If you sign up and post three photos and come back five days later, don’t expect to have any royalties.

If you’re on tsu every day you will start to get somewhere. My first penny came about a week after I signed up and now I’ve made over 70 cents in one day and my total is around $15. Maybe 6 months or a year from now I’ll get $15 a day from tsu and I know that in the United States or Canada that is not a living, but how much does Facebook pay you?

Another great lesson from Mateo Garcia (@beNICEmedia) is that you can use tsu to help you grow another business. Why not get paid by a tool that helps you grow your main business?

Most tools cost money, but tsu pays you.

I’m sure Mateo agrees with me that THAT fact can make all the difference.

Good Strategies For Getting Someone’s Attention (Now That I’ve Joined The 5000 Followers Club)

Now that I’ve been using tsu for about six weeks I can tell you that some patterns begin to emerge. One pattern is lots of people will ask you to be their friend after you get to 1000 or 2000 friends and you’re somewhat active. At one point I had about 300 friend requests in one day.

If I assume that my experience is normal, what should you do to get someone to friend you? Think about it from the perspective of the person that you are asking to be your friend. WHY should they say yes?

When I had fewer than 100 friend slots left I began to be much more selective. After all, I have some real life friends who will join tsu and I want to be able to add them as tsu friends. Don’t you want the same thing? So, how do you get a person to say yes?

First, don’t expect that everyone will say yes. Do NOT be obnoxious and send a friend request over and over to someone after they have declined your invitation. I understand that sometimes you’ll make a mistake and invite someone twice or even three times. If your computer or your phone isn’t awesome, it’s possible to make that mistake. Trust me, I’ve been there.

If you’re thinking about it from that person’s perspective (the one you want to accept your friend invitation), isn’t it possible that they will think that you’re harassing them and that they could report you to tsu? If you get enough reports to tsu, they will ban you and as far as I know, that is a LIFETIME ban.

So make sure if someone tells you no that you really take it for a no and leave them alone. When there are millions of people on tsu and you want to reach five thousand friends, there are other fish in the sea, as the saying goes.

Second, does this person speak the same language as you? If the answer is no, what do you think you are really accomplishing by having them be your friend? Maybe it could turn into something because translation technology is getting better and better, but wouldn’t having someone who speaks the same language make things go much faster? Think about it.

Third, if this person has so many friends, HOW DO YOU STAND OUT IN A POSITIVE WAY?

If you want that person’s attention you could make RELEVANT comments on 10 posts. You could share two or three of their posts. You could like 50 of their posts.

Again, put yourself in their position. They have all these friend requests and they see that you speak the same language and that you’re posting positive stuff AND you’ve shared more than one of their posts. If it’s between you and someone that just sends a friend request I believe you will become the friend first 9 times out of 10. The only reason it’s not 100% of the time is not everyone is that good at paying attention.

When I first started on tsu I was learning all about it and trying to do all the maximums and I was getting involved in a lot of activity and a lot of notifications came my way. I am sure there are at least one or two people who gave up trying to get my attention, but lots of them did get my attention because they were positive and polite and unique.

Because I’ve got to go shopping with my son (Christmas time!) I’m going to continue this in another post.

Help Create A Nice Christmas Surprise For Someone!

Today a guy on tsu requested friendship and I noticed something on his profile. He says he wants FRIENDS all over the world.

WHAT IF WE MAKE IT COME TRUE?

How fast can he get to 5000 friends? Are you willing to help?

[Don’t worry. No one’s asking for money or sheep or gold or anything.]

I posted a song on tsu from ELO and that song is…ALL OVER THE WORLD!

Here’s the tsu link: tsu.co/ACrowdFunder/13485032

There’s video of flash mobs from all over the world AND his tsu NAME!

If you’re willing to help, here’s how we do it:

Send this post to friends and ask them to help. If they are not on tsu, this will be an awesome time to ask or urge them to join you!

Remind them beforehand (when you include YOUR tsu link) that they want to enroll using YOUR link even if they see other links somewhere.

If you’re wondering what to say, I can help you.

[No matter what you say – tell the truth. None of this “We’re both going to be millionaires soon!” stuff. (If you already are a millionaire, congratulations!)]

Hey, Susi! There’s this guy who wants friends all over the world and my tsu friends and I are helping to make it come true. Are you on tsu? Here’s my link! Join us and together we can make his Christmas more fun! If you want more details, check out Charlie’s blog, CoachZero. Here’s the link: http://wp.me/p4zD7w-6r

[If you’re reading my blog very soon after I post, the link won’t be there or down below. The specific link is CREATED WHEN I POST! I’ll be back to add it in a jiffy!]

If you’re inviting someone that you are SURE is already on tsu, that makes it even easier. Just send them this link: http://wp.me/p4zD7w-6r

Thanks for helping!

Happy Thanksgiving! (A Little Work Before Food)

My post is not about how we should always work when we can. There’s nothing wrong with taking some time off.

But, it doesn’t hurt to squeeze in a little work if you enjoy it or just to sneak in a little project productivity.

So I’m going to say a little about how you can be more productive on Tsu in the long run by doing more than you are currently. By doing this you will spread goodwill and people will feel better about you on Tsu. Another way to put it is that they will like your brand more.

As long as I’m talking about liking, let me be specific. When I just used the word “like” above I wasn’t talking about clicking a “like” button on Tsu or some other site. (By the way, if you need to join Tsu, you can use my brother-in-law’s link – https://www.tsu.co/TheSilverSurfer.) What I am getting at is how well-liked you are or how much people enjoy you or your personal brand.

When you only “run” through the site “liking” everything in sight you are providing some small value. That’s true. As I have mentioned before, commenting is not only providing more value than liking, it gets you noticed more. Not only does it get you noticed more, but people ENJOY you more or VALUE you more. (I’m not going to go into different types of value here today.)

If your comment is thoughtful and not very long, people appreciate that. Hopefully that is self-evident. If you comment back and forth with someone in a relevant way, people appreciate that as well.

So here’s one way that you can immediately show that you’re different or better or have more value or that interacting with you will be more enjoyable.

Ready?

When YOU request to be someone’s friend and they approve, you are now friends. RIGHT NOW is the time for you to comment on at least 7 or 8 of their posts on their URL. If you’re not there when that person approves you to be their friend, do it anyway, but comment even more. Maybe 10 or 12 times.

This will make a big difference.

BUT, only if the comments are relevant and somewhat unique or at least playful.

Don’t simply comment “like” or “yo” or “nice” all the time.

THINK and/or FEEL about what you put down.

This might take a little practice, but you will get better AND faster with practice.

Do I have examples? Yes, because I do this a lot.

Instead of just saying cute I might say cutesweet AND I really have taken a few seconds to get an impression so that I am posting a comment that’s almost always positive and that’s ACTUALLY TRUE FOR ME.

You may need to get in touch with your emotions in order to do this well, but it will pay off AND, people will appreciate it and enjoy you/your brand even more.

Another example is when I notice something we have in common, such as we are both born in the same year and I’ll comment on that.

Sometimes I’ll write a complete sentence IF I TRULY MEAN IT. I might say something like, “I’m so glad you posted this because I needed to hear it today.”

Starting to get the picture?

Will you provide me some value for the value I’ve provided in this post? I would appreciate it!

Go to https://www.tsu.co/ACrowdFunder and practice what you’ve learned!

If you would like to create even more value then please add something like this to your comment (on my wall only) “I like what I learned at your blog CoachZero.com.” (This is ONLY OK because I’m asking you to do it. Only do it on my wall and do NOT add your own link. I’ll explain more in further posts.)

Please comment if you have sincere questions or positive stuff to share! [ And I don’t mean spam! 🙂 🙂 ]

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Give And Receive Value

Many people today don’t realize that you and I give value for value we receive in return. MONEY is stored value, which makes a fair exchange of value easier. That’s all money is. Don’t get wrapped up in other people’s confusing ideas about money.

Money is simply stored value. There are other ways to give and receive value. Money is more convenient.

When I go to the dentist to get a root canal I don’t bring two sheep with me to give him in exchange. It’s much more convenient to give him money or a check or credit card or a new technology which represents money.

If he and I had an agreement beforehand I could give him work for his work. Perhaps he needs some work done on his website or he wants me to teach him how to play poker or he wants me to show up with a few more Christmas carolers to sing outside his home on Christmas Eve.

Whatever he sees value in will work for the exchange AND, money is still more convenient. Please remember to keep in mind that MONEY is simply STORED VALUE. Money is one way of conveniently exchanging value for the value you receive.

Tsu gives us value for doing what we already do. I use Twitter, Facebook AND Tsu. But for now, most of my posts start with Tsu. I send a post through Tsu and sometimes I click the buttons to send it through Twitter and Facebook at the same time. Convenient AND Tsu pays me. Not a lot. Not yet. (I’ll share some data later in this post.)

When you comment on my post on Tsu you are giving me (and Tsu!) value. Take this one, for example:
Thank You For Being A Friend

[If you are not signed up with Tsu, you may need to enroll through a link to view this. Here is my wife’s – https://www.tsu.co/MarianneEarlywine.]

Did you know that when you comment on my post you are creating value not just for me and Tsu, but for you as well?

Here’s one way that we receive value when we comment. Someone sees the comment and they choose to visit your profile and follow you or friend you or like or comment on something you’ve posted or re-posted.

Do you think you are creating more value by commenting or by liking? Hopefully, you said commenting.

Commenting is more visible and therefore, less likely to be OVERLOOKED. Many people are busy. Do you think it’s easier to see a comment or a like?

If it’s easier to see then don’t you think it will be more likely that someone will respond to it? Does that make sense?

What if the comment is only the word “Like”.

There’s nothing wrong with that once in a while, but if that’s the only way you comment what do you think will happen?

I believe that if someone always comments the same way they will see others do the same to them OR people will start ignoring them.

Is that what you would do?

This gets back to value. If you expect someone to comment, is it fair that you ONLY give likes?

Aren’t you expecting someone to give you MORE value in return for the value you are giving?

Is that a FAIR value exchange?

Think about it.

Last week my Tsu numbers looked like this:

60 Friends
36 Followers
1928 Views On My Posts
85 Likes On My Posts
14 Comments On My Posts

I Have 6 “Children”
Those 6 Have Zero “Children”

Total 6 Children (Including Their Children/Generations)

Value
$0.09 (9 Cents)

This week’s Tsu numbers:

427 Friends
318 Followers
10748 Views
1015 Likes
375 Comments

8 Children
7 Children of Children

Total 15 Children (Including Their Children/Generations)

Value
$1.50

I predicted that at most I would make 27 cents this week. Instead, I made $1.41. That’s very encouraging.

Hang in there. This takes work. This takes creating value for people by commenting and by friending!

As you can see I added over 360 friends last week. There’s a lesson in that activity.

Go forth and do likewise!
